Condolences
As a fellow Calgary Co-operative member of West Heritage Manor, I want to mention that Alastair served our community in various capacities over many years including serving on our Board of Directors. We were blessed that Alastair and Carolyn were good neighbours over many years. We will miss his gentle and thoughtful demeanor.. May Jesus always shower you with his loving Presence Alastair.
The Southern Alberta Pioneers and Their Descendants send condolences to Carolyn and all the Preston Family. Alastair volunteered at our Casino nights and other events. His participation was always very much appreciated.
Carolyn; we’re so very sorry about Alastair. We have many fond memories of dinners with you both. Take care.
Cathy & Steve Mallany
My condolences to Carolyn and all of Alastair's family
I met Alastair at the Edmonton Scottish Country Dancing in the early 80's .There was a group of us that met at dancing and did lots of activities together .We danced in Edmonton and travelled to the Banff Springs at Thanksgiving and in early January we went to Red Deer to dance . There was always lots of partners for the dancing .What fun memories I have of that time for all of us
